Carried out a study to define the management model and the economic/financial viability of Vale do Sousa’s Romanesque Route. The project consisted in the introduction of a more commercial approach to the Route’s operation by analyzing the viability of an inter-municipality company (Rota do Românico EIM), the entity that would later become responsible for the management and promotion of a project that was awarded a prize by Turismo de Portugal in the category “Requalification of Public Project”.
