Specialized knowledge and multidisciplinary skills

ESSENTIA is a consulting company that specializes in Urban Rehabilitation and Theme Real Estate, Sustainable Hospitality and Tourism as well as Territory, Culture and Leisure Networks, operating in the national and international markets since 1996. We provide a range of services based on the expertise of a group of professionals with multidisciplinary skills and we work with a broad range of partners with whom we have developed innovative projects.

In good collaboration with Essentia an investigation was conducted to determine the soft skills an employee of concept hotels should possess. The study includes an advice for senior management of concept hotels to create a learning environment.
It was an honor to perform this research in Lisbon and particularly with Essentia.

We were very pleased to count on our member company Essentia to work on an intense case study with a group of Executive Students from renowned Dutch Business School Tilburg Institute of Applied Sciences (TIAS).
